Wow, what a fantastic start to the year. We have been absolutely flat out with insurance work and if you have been into Brads already, you will know why. We never say NO, and I guarantee that we will start repairs on your car as soon as approval and parts arrive or at least advise you if we can’t work on your vehicle right away.
I am hearing more and more from customers recently with cars sitting in panelshops with weeks and in some cases, months delays while they clear their backlog of work? At Brads, I personally work extra hours and often up to 7x days a week to make sure my company delivers repairs in an acceptable time frame.
Marney and I are fortunate to have an awesome group of guys working for us, who all share a common interest and passion for vehicles and respect for our clients So when its required we all work the extra hours and weekends to reduce the disruption for you as much as is possible.
